HSEQ is an inherent value at Hoover Ferguson.  Our culture is consistent throughout our company wherever we operate worldwide.  While commitment to HSEQ starts with senior management, all Hoover Ferguson employees are actively involved in living and promoting HSEQ values every day.  No job is so urgent that it cannot be done in a safe and responsible manner.  Hoover Ferguson focuses on prevention of incidents and safety will never be compromised.

Hoover Ferguson is able to provide unparalleled efficiency and high quality products globally.  Products produced in our ISO 9001:2008 facility and that meet international standards of DNV 2.7-1 are the basis of Hoover Ferguson’s quality standards.  These products are accompanied by full documentation of compliance with the appropriate quality norms, including global industry standards (link to our certifications page)

Certification covers product development, manufacturing, and project management and involves the most stringent quality management systems throughout our company worldwide.

The objective of Hoover Ferguson Safety Policy is to implement a safe and hazard-free professional working environment through training, awareness, employee participation and attitude.

Hoover Ferguson is dedicated to conducting business in which reduces and prevents the negative impact of our business on the environment, including minimizing the consumption of resources and optimizing recycling our waste and preventing pollution.

Our aim is to protect ourselves, our fellow employees and the environment from harm.  We have written procedures and rules in place to achieve this goal; however, we practice this way of life because it is the right thing to do, not because we are forced to.

The HSEQ performance of our sub-contractors and suppliers is integral to our own HSEQ efforts.  We evaluate and qualify contractors and suppliers to ensure that a single and comprehensive HSEQ culture governs each project safely and effectively.

At Hoover Ferguson, we’ve created Zero Heroes for our team members.  The Zero Heroes program was created in 2012 and the goal is to take significant steps to improve our HSE and Service Quality performance, to reduce safety incidents, and reduce harmful environmental impact. For these heroes, safety is a skill, not a set of rules.  It requires commitment, patience, and practice by all.  We believe Zero Heroes can be practiced globally and we expect every person working on a Hoover Ferguson project to do what is right by making each task as safe as possible.  Achieving Zero Hero status for each of our facilities means that no one gets hurt, the environment remains pristine, and all equipment operates within the proper safety guidelines.
